Cervejaria Walnut



Walnut Cervejaria emerged in 2016 when one of the partners, Álvaro Nogueira de Alcântara, combined his passion for beer with family and friends gatherings. Initially, homemade production was intended for these events, but over time, the quality and taste improved, leading to the creation of the "Thoruna" brand. As production increased, they adopted the "gypsy brewery" model. Later, they decided to professionalize and set up their own factory, thus creating Walnut Cervejaria, whose name in English represents the Nogueira family. Thoruna remains the main product, maintaining the tradition and uniqueness of the craft beer that gave rise to history.
